I have seen that when one loves, to serve is not a duty or an obligation, but it is a joy. The wife eagerly awaits her husband to try the stew that she made especially for him, to see the changes she made in the house when he was absent, and if both are working, the wife feels highly blessed when her husband provides aid in housework and caring the children. When he or she does not put things, friends, television or anything else, before her or him.
I end with the passage of 1 Peter 3.7. Note that as one treats his wife, and how one express his love for her, opens the gates of heaven. I do not know why God did this in that way, but He is sovereign and I only obey. When there are problems at home, prayers do not reach God.
