Do you love watching TV? TV is all around us and has been one of best invention that was made. Television has a huge impact on society, especially teenagers. According to http://www.nydailynews.com the average American sees more than five hours of live TV every day. Children aged 2-11 watch over 24 hours of TV per week, while adults aged 35-49 watch more than 33(http://www.nydailynews.com). Television was made to entertain people like the radio did. People use to sit around and listen to the radio to listen to their sitcoms and next big thing was to allow them to not only listen, but to watch them as well. Television has been a useful tool when it comes down to receiving important information. Some people love looking for informative channel to expand their knowledge on a certain subject or just want to find a show that tell information. Their great channels that on the television that provide information like the news. News is a perfect example of how television can be very useful for receiving information. News provides viewers with information on what 's going on around the world or what 's going on in the city that you live in. Also the news provides the weather, knowing the weather is very important. It allows the viewer to be prepared for a snowstorm or a tornado warning. Seeing that the news is live it give you full access to events that goes on in the world. Another thing we can watch is discovery channel. The channel help viewer knows about animal all around a world. Discovery channel also provides the viewers the chance to learn about how animal survive on a daily basics. Discovery channel loves giving out information on lion, tigers, alligators, sharks, and monkeys. They’re also have other shows that on the discovery channel that focus on capturing in-danger animals and the show give out information on how to prevent stranded animals from getting into your backyard.
