There are many problems in schools, but the main problem is if students lockers should be searched whenever or if they shouldn’t. Students lockers should only be searched if needed and not whenever. Students lockers should only be searched if needed or with a reason because it protects their fourth amendment rights, trust is built between teachers and students, and parents will agree with searches only with a reason.
