I am writing to communicate my interest in your Newborn and Infant Critical Care Unit. I will graduate from Mount Saint Mary’s University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing this May. My interest in your RN Residency Program began during my clinical rotation at CHLA. I was able to observe new graduate nurses working alongside their preceptors during my clinical rotation on the fifth floor. I saw that CHLA provided amazing opportunities for new graduate nurses. It was evident that your residency program fosters clinical experience and works towards advancing knowledge.
