Students need recess during Channel One. To begin with, students can go outside. If students can go outside they should be able to play games like kickball. Lastly, students will get exercise. If students go outside they can get exercise when they run around and play games like kickball. Students can go outside and have fresh air and chill with their friends before they need to go back inside to classes. For example, students need games during Channel One in all homerooms there should be board games if students have to stay inside, and board games like Chess, Sorry, Checkers. HMS needs recess during Channel One.
