I am highly interested in being apart of your Graduate Nursing Residency Program. I will be graduating in May 2017, and taking the NCLEX June 2017. The values of diversity and inclusion in your mission statement and dedication to provide high-quality healthcare are mutual values that I practice and hope to practice throughout my career. As a student nurse, the compassion that I have for people has grown through my clinical rotation experiences.
