People say, “ college level writing comes from college level thinking”. However, students often fail to realize this truth and eventually, criticize their teachers for low grades. In my case, I always viewed myself as an average writer until I joined college.During high school years, when I hear English teachers lecture students on revising their writing, I usually produce an average essay eligible for a fair grade; most of the time, I did receive acceptable grades in those writing .Even so, I did not feel confident in writing.Presently, I understand that college level writing requires complex level of thinking that aids in analyzation of a topic, which can refine ideas and intellectual cerebration. As I recall back to the beginning of the semester, I wish I utilized those tips from my teachers and revised all my assignments to clearly express my thoughts as a writer.Although, I encountered many challenges in writing throughout the course, I believe that my writing would progress further, if I can identify minor distractions and initiate thinking from different perspectives
