Education is described to be a form of being taught something, and/or receiving instruction. This one word is considered to be a luxury to those that don 't have the proper resources to learn and become adequate participants in society. According to FastWeb.com, student debt has increased by 300% in the past eight years and student loan debt exceeded the one trillion mark in March of 2012. (Hoyt, Shocking Student debt Statistics) The overbearing thought of student debt can be overwhelming to everyone, but that shouldn 't be a halt to education and investing in one 's future. A student wishes to learn, no matter what background or what major is picked, education is a right to all students. Immigrants in the United States of America also bear this right, and their documentation status should be overlooked when they take on the responsibility of being students. …show more content…
