Student Council Application

I really want to be in Student Council because it is a prestigious that I want and it really looks great on a college resume. It also helps me display my leadership and dexterity because I will be loaded for the year and I am really want to see that I can handle that. I know I can because many students have done it before me and many will do it after me.
In Middle School I was in numerous activities that put me in the role of a leader. When I joined the basketball team in seventh grade I was expected to represent Winneconne in a positive way both years. I was a leader this year because I was the one that showed the rest of the team that we had to buy into what the coach was showing us. Mr. Kaiser, our coach, said that everybody needs to do what Kade is doing right now. He is the only that has bought into this team. I was then put into the leadership position of the team without actually being told this. In eighth grade basketball I was still in the same role. I helped lead the stretches for warm ups. I know that High School Student Council will take much more of my time away then the Middle School Student Council does. I have set my time priorities as they are most to least. Church will always come first. Then family in a close second. School takes third. That was easy. Then I decided that student council will come before sports and friends. This was strongly pushed by my mother and conscious. Sports come right after that. I will tell my coaches before I start practices that if anything for student council comes up I will go to that first. My friends are on the bottom of this because I see them all the time and I have my priorities are more important then possible getting in trouble with them. They all are in a lot of my activities anyways ,so I see them almost too much. That is how my priorities will be if I get accepted into student
