Student Code Of Conduct Essay

Oklahoma State University takes extensive measures to ensure each student is knowledgeable about campus rules and safety. The Student Code of Conduct informs students of the behavior a person must uphold at Oklahoma State University. These rules should not be taken lightly, and each individual should abide by these rules. The students are held to a high standard that will later I can personally incorporate these concepts into my daily college life by always thinking about the consequences of my actions. I personally think the Student Code of Conduct enforces a great set of rules that are definitely needed at a university. Oklahoma State University is home to some great principles; one that really stands out is diversity. This university embraces diversity and different ethnicities that is seen all over campus. As a community, it is the student’s job to make sure every student feels comfortable and feel like they belong. Diversity allows students to understand different cultures and even accept some cultures into their personal life. The reason people go to college is for a standout education. Oklahoma State University is willing to help students thrive in their academics by having math centers, tutors, writing lab, and etc. Students come from all over the globe for an education at one of the best schools in Oklahoma. The academic community holds the students to a high standard, which helps many grow in their education and become more successful. Students are pushed to gain academic knowledge that will assist in their future career field.
