StubHub needs a better technology system to improve their business. They need to improve their current Customer Relation Management (CRM). Currently StubHub has a basic FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) and a basic contact us page. StubHub’s Real problem is with Customer Reviews and complaints. StubHub needs to make sure that they sell for their customer. According to a review website called sitejabber StubHub has a really bad reputation and bad reviews. StubHub received an overall score of 2 out of 5. They have low ratings on many different review sites. Site Jaber has 183 reviews on StubHub. Out of those 183 reviews 126 reviews is 1 star. Currently No one trusts StubHub many people would not go back. If New customers read the reviews they would definitely not visit the website. StubHub Needs to Stop Overcharging. There better off trying to get customers than to make a lot of money. They need to discover ways to reduce costs. They need to gain Customer Insurance and Satisfaction. One solution might be make it a mission to provide customer satisfaction. StubHub can add a return policy and customer satisfaction guarantee sticker. Since StubHub relies on Sellers. They can create seller profiles So Customers can find out which seller is good and which one is bad. StubHub can add a money back guarantee for customers that have been scammed. When you enter Stubhub.com the page you see a list of events taking place in the area. They show a quick number of how many seats and the date of the event. When comparing Stubhub to Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster’s home page shows events that are hot trending in the middle. They have a list of categories from music to sports. They also have a social media link to like and share which Stubhub does not have. Although StubHub’s web design and User interface is more appealing. They can do a better job by taking ideas from their competitors. Having a hot rending section will allow customers to see what available that is hot. Stubhub should have categories to let customers have more options and to help them find events easier. They should also include search and compare tools so that customers can compare multiple ticket pricing. A better option would be to compare it to other Websites. Stubhub should also put price alerts for tickets that had a change in price to be lower. They should put on sales to attract
