I was always spoiled rotten by her, my cousins envied me only because I mostly always had her attention. I was taught how to act, and was raised how a mother would raise their child, instead of a grandmother always being the fun one to go by. I was always a straight a student, until my freshman year …show more content…
A few months after graduation, September to be exact, Branden came home and we got engaged, and October 11th we got married, it wasn’t anything big only because it was a military wedding a quick one at that. I decided to give my apartment up and move down to Tennessee to be with him. I found us the cutest little house down there for us to move into and start our life together. The day I left my family cried, they were so proud of the accomplishments that I have overcome in life thus far. I would call them every day to let them know how I was doing; in my opinion I think moving away was the best thing that ever happened to me. January comes around and we are completely settled into our house and living happily until I start to not feel good, so one day when Branden was at work I went to Walgreens to get myself a pregnancy test. To see the joy in their eyes when they relive those first moments when I breathed. My Grandmother gets the same look in her eye when she tells the story of visiting my father for the first time in the orphanage, how his little face stole her heart in an instant and that she knew right away he was meant for her because of his red hair, which she always followed up with a smirk and glare while saying “his hair turned almost black six months after bringing him home.” My father was an instant Mama’s boy at two months old, I can just imagine how Grandma, who so wanted a child, rocked her first baby and looked at him while falling in love and my father as a baby looking back at her in a secure home for the first time in his tiny two months of life.I am sentimental and a little over zealous that way though. The start of his “living” part of the story is beautiful and I am so thankful for that. Two people…

Some students don’t even do their assignments especially not their English homework. I was different, I loved English and I remember Tammy Rich making me into the teacher’s pet. It was the first week back from summer back and she made the entire class write a short story about their summer adventures.
