Changing Hearts and Lives
KentuckyOne Health has changed the game for patients needing heart procedures by merging the Structural Heart Center together into one new location that is solely patient convenience centered! The new just under 6000 square foot clinic located on the 3rd floor of Jewish Hospital is geared towards individualized patient care. The patients will meet an entire heart team consisting of cardiologist, surgeons, anesthesiologists, NP Nurse Navigator, valve coordinators and research coordinators. The Structural Heart team is on a mission to make the patient experience as simple as possible starting with the moment you arrive at the hospital by providing free valet parking and curb side transport before and after a visit. Upon arrival the patient will have the luxury of having Echocardiograms, labs, EKG’s, pre-admissions testing all available within the same clinic space, with medical imaging just one floor below. This means the patient will be able to meet each physician and the heart team on the same day all in one location!
