The therapist will practice with Miley the intervention every week and redirect the processes of the intervention by follow up with the plan and modify it accordingly. The therapist will highlight the progress.

In this case Miley and her father will be in a conjoint session and each one of them will have the chance to sculpt the family from his or her viewpoint. It could be good time for all the family to share together in a funny way, but at the same time this intervention will reflect the family strengths, dysfunctions, possibilities for change,, each family member 's perspective for the family system, and meaning. The therapist will observe Miley and the father to determine the communication pattern while they are symbolizing the family member 's role, also will observe the thoughts and feelings that they will share. Each member also may share his or her hope of the desire picture of the relationship. The therapist may say "Now, we will do different exercise as a family, each one of you may symbolizes to his role of the family as he or she sees him/herself, you may use your body language, and facial features. After we finish the exercise, we will reflect on what happened by telling our thoughts and emotions of the situation". I think Miley will represent her complaints about her father and what she was hoping to tell her father about her future relationship with him.
