I believe life is a learning experience and being able to recognize our own strengths and weaknesses can help us become a more valuable individual in anything we do, such as being a social worker. One of my greatest strengths is having a strong work ethic. For me, a strong work ethic contains a sense of responsibility, integrity, discipline, quality, and teamwork. To illustrate, during my undergrad, it would take commitment to finish everyday tasks. By having a sense of discipline it helped me stay focused on my goals and complete my assignments. Along with having a strong work ethic I have a strength of knowledge, a love for learning. Knowing I wanted to work with older adults I signed up for classes to further my knowledge in that area. In
