According to the MBTI assessment, I am an ISTP and according to the Strong Interest Inventory, my strongest themes are RCI; I agree with these analyses, all things considered. As mentioned in the modules, everyone has a bit of both types in them, but some stand out stronger than others. Regarding myself, especially, it actually depends on the situation and moment as to which type or interest will stand out more prominently.
MBTI Assessment
• I: Having done several MBTI assessments before, I have always resulted as a clear Introvert. However, over the past few years, I have moved a little more toward Extraversion; attributing this to my development as an Operations and Logistics Manager. Now, I am more social and likely to interact with others; looking for opinions and assistance in the workplace.

Being extremely logical and rational, I do not sugar-coat conversations and am usually blunt; which sometimes comes off as offensive. Though I understand feelings, I am not empathetic nor deeply sympathetic. So, I have recognized that I have a clear lack of emotions and/or the ability to show them. The only exception to this is, when situations involve animals and a small quantity of individuals. Trust is a particularly important quality to me, but is not given or taken easily.
• P: This is a type I think I can bounce clearly back and forth between. When it comes to work, I believe I am more of a Judging Type, but when it comes to fun and leisure is when I am more of a Perceiving Type. At work, I enjoy structure and direction, but prefer to go with the flow and be more flexible outside of work. However, I always keep an open mind and am flexible to changes in all environments.
Overall, I think it is accurate – though on the combined report, I found it strange that it suggested “Protective Services” as an occupation; I have no interest in that field, at
