As reported by strong, my theme codes are SC, which are social and conventional. I agree with these themes because the values that go along with it describes my personality. With the social theme, being generous, cooperative and service to others has been a brought up trait that was engrained to me with my parents. Through them, I have always dreamt of working with individuals who were incapable of completing tasks, or lend ears to individual without judging their emotions. My second theme is conventional, I believe this theme was selected for my love of being accurate and organized. One of my hobbies is arranging and organizing our house and set up tables in church during important events. My top five areas of interests are Counseling, Religion and spirituality, Culinary Arts, and health care. With these careers, I believe my social and conventional theme will play a big role. For some of the projects that I have partaken so far, either in school, home or work, I get the best results when I do it all alone. In leadership section, I prefer to take the back sit considering my fear of being in charge of people or a situation. Since I’m not a risk taker, I always get anxious and frustrated when circumstances fail or turn out different than my expectations. I believe a good leader needs to be strong, even if their projects fail to encourage his or her members, and I’m not that person. In the college profile section of my report, what stood out to me were the college majors listed that align with my themes, which were Nursing, Dietician, and counselor. In addition to exploring my interests and career options, I'm encouraged to volunteer, get part- time jobs and find internships that are relevant to my interests. The benefits of these options are gaining practical experience, be able to experience a prospective career path, and network with professionals and possibly gain future references in future job opportunities. Strong has helped me gain and a better understanding of my future career possibilities by providing me with a wide range optional careers that fit with my interests. In addition, it compared me with thousands of individuals
