List some workplaces where you have observed a strict dress code in use. Why do you think a strict dress code was necessary?
A strict dress code are required in the hospital,because it will be more convenience for the patients to recognise or to identify them. For example, medical workers, nurse,doctor and so on. There is an advantage for them to have a formal attire, which liked build up others confidence on them, have an good impression while they are dressing up professionally. they see people who are dressed appropriately for the industry, which may boost their confidence in the hospital as a whole.
There is a necessary formal dress code for the teachers, lecturers, professors and others educators. Because there are the role model of our future leaders. There will be a good impression for the student,parents and also other social elites. if the teachers wear the dress look like club and the student will difficult to make attention on the class. so teacher wearing will very important for the student.
There are also a need for them to dress up classy when they are going to have dinner on the high class restaurant. if you dont dress up classy and the restaurant will not let you go in. Sometimes because you do not dress up classy and looked at you with discrimination and dont want let you go
