As there are so many stakeholders involved in the supply chain of Primark, it is very important to

act ethically towards them all. Primarks main values include taking care of their employees,

being good to the community and maintaining good ethical relationships with its partners.

Primark have a strict code of conduct in place in order to keep up with their good ethical

standards. Their code is based on the International Labour Organization's code. The code

states the company's policy and has in place 11 points regarding to its supply chain. (These can

be got at http://www.primark.com/en/homepage )

They are very strict on making sure that these codes are being followed and kept up to a good

standard. Suppliers underdo a lot of audits
