Stretching Saved My Life

Stretching assist me with flexibility that saved my life. I was diagnosed with a kidney disease also kidney stones. The experience came with painful tightening spasm in my back. I was given medications for the pain, however, the medications caused inactivity which lead to hypokinetic diseases. There was a toss up from medications to learning how to effectively stretch. Currently I take less medication, active, and a healthy lifestyle. Stretching assist me to become effective in healthy activities. None of the medical physicians ever suggested any type of exercise. Sometimes you have to challenge yourself also physicians. Therefore, anyone may sustain an injury.
