Stress Self-Assessment Essay

The results of my stress self-assessment are I have a moderate to high chance of becoming ill in the future. One stress factor that I would modify is my eating habits. During the past year I have tried to maintain a healthy diet and exercise often. Sometimes this goal causes me to feel stressed because I feel pressure to follow a certain diet. The strategies I would use to change this is to continue to motivate myself to living a healthy lifestyle and decreasing the amount of stress I may have in my everyday life. According to (Stress management, 2000) stress can cause you to be less productive. I believe eliminating the amount of stress I may experience during the week will help me to be healthy and productive in my life.
