D. Thoughts and feelings about the stressor- The stressor of being in an environment that you do not always want to be in is something you have to be aware off. When on my quick and short breaks at work some times it’s easy to feel victim to conversations that only lead to stress. However, on days the weather permits or time allows I can always go out for lunch which lowers the level of both perceived and physical stress.

Each of the eight assessments focus on different thing regarding stress. The first assessment assess your stress examined the physiological measures associated with stress such as heart rate, breathing patterns and respiration rate. The assessment symptoms of stress helped readers assess how often that experienced physical emotional symptoms such as headaches or irritability. Symptoms of stress helped to identify what behavior or symptoms someone may feel when they are stressed. In regards to the perceived stress scale helped reader to indicate how various situations add to our stress and what situations the read perceived to be low, moderate, or high perceived stressful situations. The inventory of college student’s recent life experiences assessment is used to identify individual exposure to sources of stress and to what extent the reader experienced those stressors. The reader exams a list of experiences and indicates for each experience how much it has been [art of their life over the past month. The ardell wellness assessment incorporates the holistic aspects in health in order for the reader to determine their personal perception and satisfaction related to body, mind, and spirit. The student stress scale indicates whether adaption were made or need to be made based on the reader circumstances and stress levels in order to predict the likelihood of disease and illness in the future. Which three assessments were most relevant and valuable to you? Why? The three assessments that were the most relevant and valuable to me were symptoms of stress assessment, vulnerability questionnaire, and the perceived stress scale. All three assessments supported that I had low perceived or low stress. The frequency of all my symptoms mostly fell in the never or once a month column. The perceived stress scale was another assessment I ranked low in demonstrating I perceive stress low and my perception of what was happening in my life as important. The stress vulnerability questionnaire was relevant because it pointed out what I already knew and needed to work on in regards to reducing my vulnerability to stress, sleep more regularly being one of the highest ranked questions. In the end, not only did each assessment support my own theory on how I was successful with stress management and what caused me stress but compared to other I often handle stress better and ultimately was a guide I used to support the fact that it’s not necessarily about the amount of stress but instead my ability to control the stressful
