My stress management plan will be as simple as these seven steps:

2. Identify my stressor
3. Communicate my stress
4. Acknowledge my role
5. Relax, Relax, Relax

It stressed me because I wanted to do my best, because I have a lot riding on this semester. I never realized that days when I was really stressed I would take a break and enjoy removing copper, and aluminum from different items I was removing from my home. Often times, when I take a break for an hour or two, work on the different items I would come back to the work and feel better. This brings me to my last step in my seven step stress management plan “Creating a Game Plan”.
I know that I have to create a plan to get the stress resolved. Sometimes I look at things I am trying to accomplish and think they are too big. I notice that by creating little to do lists I am able to check the whole list off and feel less stressed, because I have completed the list. These little lists ultimately lead up to me completing my big task. Not having a plan does not make the stress go away. If often creates even more
