Stress is one of the major problems in the present world. In this modern world, life has become very complicated, and it has become a part of people’s lives. There are many factors that are causing stress. It is effective both physically and mentally, and it is usually caused because of pressure and fear. Some reasons that cause pressure are workload, grades, and responsibilities. There is a natural development in faith that in every sector of work, education, and family there is stress which has unpleasant outcomes for the health of the individual. It has become the major problem in the human’s life, and this stress level varies from high, medium, to low. It depends on the person’s life style, situation, and environment. It affects both physically and mentally on the person and causes many problems. Some techniques are to be followed to control or reduce the stress such as listening to pleasant music, developing positive thoughts, taking healthy food, and having good sleep are some of the major habits that are to be followed to reduce stress. There are also some medicines to deal with stress, but as mentioned above, it is better to follow natural ways to control stress. Stress has become the major problem. Stress is caused to all the people regardless of age, gender, and profession. People affected by stress should follow techniques to control it. Indeed, negative stress can cause many problems such as physical and mental health, an increase anxiety, and may even lead the individual to depression. Several departments are affected because of stress, such as doctors, professors and technology workers. People face stress in every day life, regardless of profession or age. Students are major victims of stress today, this is because of the pressure they feel with classes, grades, and homework responsibilities. Stress is the last stage of pressure. People of different age groups are affected by the stress because of pressure and fear from demanding circumstances. This creates a negative impact on a person’s life. On the other hand, some people claim that stress is not a problem. It is a kind of emotion and feeling, and it is a natural thing that will affect the individual in a positive way such as a promotion at work, getting married, and having a baby. These are all positive stress-related incidents that affect work and personal life. But the stress at work will have a negative impact on randomly choose people.
