I am highly motivated to make the world a better place than I found it. My ideals and core values influence how I spend My time and use My talents. I have a deep and abiding concern for others. Instinctively, I have no doubts about being linked in some way with everything in the universe. This includes all creation and all humankind. By nature, I am naturally compelled to admit the truth. If someone asked I or told I to intentionally mislead someone, I would reply, “I cannot and I will not do that!” Because of My strengths, I probably have a reputation for working hours and hours when the assignment adds special meaning to My work, studies, or life in general. Chances are good that I often argue that people should be held to the highest moral standards. I insist that those who break the law be required to accept the consequences of their deeds. I have little sympathy for people who are caught in the act of taking things that do not belong to …show more content…

Driven by My talents, I conduct Myself in an exceptionally mature and orderly fashion even when My teammates, classmates, friends, coworkers, and colleagues are acting childish. It is very likely that I am definitely honest with Myself about Myself. My personal integrity leads me to do the right thing in most situations. Because of My strengths, I likely are a person whose work ethic is as much a matter of conscience as it is a matter of completing tasks. I undoubtedly need to do what I know is right, honest, true, correct, proper, and accurate. By nature, I volunteer for additional duties. I really enjoy being given authority over projects, individuals, or groups. I expect to be held accountable for the results I produce as well as My words and

While having a talent may be more desirable, in our modern day and age, how hard you can work and how good your human spirit is will determine how successful you are in life. In school, we can see how the ones that do well in VCE are always the ones that work hard, not always the ones with upbringings full of talent. In the workplace, those that are accountable are placed higher than those with the skills as anyone that can work hard and be responsible will help…
