Learner- I plan to learn and unlearn in my career and other aspects of life. I enjoy learning, and studying, it satisfies my mind.
Belief- I will utilize my belief system in all aspects of life. Your belief system include, faith, trust, assumptions, convictions. I have learned to believe in the unseen realm as well.

Some companies offer training before hiring to prepare the trainee with the proper skills. Training prepares in order to meet companies needs. Benefits of having a strength-based organization include; improvements in the organization, happier people working for the organization, success within the organization, trustworthiness, reliability, and dependability. When employees operate from strengths, they also feel a higher level of confidence. When an employee or student is confident they perform at their best.
