1. Introduction
The purpose of this portfolio is to help me develop knowledge of intrapersonal and awareness my own strengths and weaknesses. Firstly, I specifically examine my strengths and weaknesses of my intrapersonal of those abilities that may possibly help me in my career life achieve for professional success. Secondly, those specific abilities may possibly benefit me in my chosen career—a senior manager for a multinational company. I will cautiously reflect on my NEO IPIP questionnaire result and relate to my actual experience to measure my personality. I will also specify how I intend to improve my weakness by using ‘SMART’ criteria.

Furthermore, researches revealed that companies are likely to hire an employee that have a better team work, problem solving, communication, organisation and leadership skills (Hanger & Holland, 2006)(AARP, 2015). By The Big Five Model framework (Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism and Openness) indicate that the five factors can be valued as a measurement of employee development and also performance as workers’ attitudes and their behaviours (Neubert, 2004). Even more, in the recent studies shows that have higher score in the extraversion section is a sign of career performance in a manager positions, this is due to the highly leadership abilities can have a greater outcome of leading other employees in workplaces (Zopiatis & Constanti, 2012). Moreover, according to Campbell, McCloy, Oppler & Sager (1993) revealed that the conscientiousness is a important factor that shown of overall job expression. Research also shows that have a high score of openness to experiences is more flexible, curious, adventurous and have highly potential of developing leadership ability (Barrick & Mount, 2000). Extraversion, conscientiousness and open to experiences are three dimensions which are essential for my future career development.
