ESFJ’s consist of extraversion, sensing, feeling, and judging. As said by personalitypage.com, extraverted feeling and introverted sensing is the best way to describe this type of personality. They enjoy helping others, but while doing that they feel used. Many people who are ESFJ’s are going to be outgoing, love people, and warm and energetic. They use the sensing and judging quality to gather information in order to bring the best out of people. His or her biggest fantasy is to be well liked by everyone. They will be supportive of people and make others feel good about themselves. In order to feel good about their own being, they need consent from someone else. Responsibilities are taken very seriously, which is why ESFJ’s are reliable people. They value the most, security and stability and are extremely detailed oriented. Unkindness and indifference doesn’t make sense to ESFJ’s. They are giving people and most of their happiness comes from surrounding people being happy. Overall, ESFJ’s are very …show more content…
To name a few, these strengths include: strong practical and sense of duty skills, loyal, sensitive and warm, and good at connecting with others. When he or she has strong practical skills, it is easy to handle day-to-day tasks and routines. A strong sense of duty means that there is a strong sense of responsibility and with that ESFJ’s push to obtain that responsibility. Being loyal ties in to valuing security and stability that was talked about earlier. This makes them trustworthy. They are great support systems for any group or club. ESFJ’s are there to help comfort people. This is the sensitive and warm part coming out. They are always careful not to hurt anyone’s feelings and also have a big heart for anyone who has made an impact on them.
