One of the similarities based on my Strengths Insight assessment result between nursing and teaching are both require my empathetic personality. Being a nurse they need to be empathetic with their patients have the ability to understand the patient situation. For example, when a patient feels pain and they can’t sprees how they feel the nurse must be able to put themselves in their patient’s situation to be able to communicated and provide them care needs. Teacher develops empathy almost the same they must be empathic with their student to be able to know them more. For example, the first day of school the teacher must give them the assignment to write about how they feel, and other types of questions to be able to connect with their students
