Strengths:

Traci greets the client politely and does a good job digging deeper into the 3rd party's questions.

Inch:

Maintaining control- there were a few moments in the call where Traci does not properly foreshadow the dead air. We should foreshadow by clearly explaining what we're doing in the background so the client on the other end understands or politely place them on hold to research the issue.
