Strengths and weaknesses of students vary from one to another in terms of the different aspects of the life they are living. Various studies have proven the fact that each one is unique and has their own set of experiences from childhood to adulthood, thus different views and opinions in life, and different contemplation of each subject or projects in school. According to Jane (n.d.), some may be good at one subject, some are not. A student may like Mathematics, for example, while another student hates it. But everybody faces a problem with regard to studying, and that is lack of motivation and procrastination. Furney (2014) added that every student has different perceptive in life. According to (Braun, 2004), although most accountants have strong analytical skills, there are weaknesses to be considered like communication and interpersonal skills which are also very crucial in the profession. Hence, accounting educators worldwide are being urged to alter curriculum to produce accounting graduates with a broader set of skills and attributes encompassing more than purely technical accounting expertise. In addition, Mancini (2001), debates that there are still accountants who have different personal assessment when it comes to math skills and analytical skills. Some students focus on realization and analysis about facts and figures but tend to disregard some mathematical abilities but, some accountants focus on most mathematical matters and disregard to analyze some problem and logically answer it. However, not only math skills and analytical skills must be considered according to Shore (2007), since there are many abilities that an accountant must possess in order to be successful.
