Introduction

Psychology is the scientific study of behaviour and mental processes. Educational psychology that specializes in understanding teaching and learning in educational settings.It’s important to the teacher to have good characteristic to teach their student effectively and so that they can build up more confident in their learning process and the students also may follow the teacher foot step. A assignment is given to us to identify our strength and weakness and how to build our strength thus improve our weakness to become an effective teacher. Furthermore , our lecturer instructed us to do a test which is called personality test so that we can know about our strength and weakness which is helpful for us.

Relax means make or become less tense or anxious. It’s more to relieve from nervous or tension. A teacher should always be in a calm state no matter what because we are a role model for all the fellow students. We all know the term ‘ problems comes and go ’ therefore it is best if we relax and solve it calmly. In educational the students may have many problems in terms of studies or personal in this type of situation so the teacher should tend to manage it in a proper way. On the other hand, a teacher must not be too strict because it can make the student to be tension during class hour. If the teacher is too tension then for sure the teaching learning process among students and teacher will distract. It will give a problem to the students academic. The conclusion is a effective teacher should be calm and not too strict . A effective teacher should smart enough to overcome all the problem no matter what situation is …show more content…
the second quarter of the year i will use to overcome my third and fourth weakness which is getting stress easily and getting highly emotional. First i would like to tell about getting stress easily. Stress is one of the thing which most of the humans suffer from every day. Stress is an element that induces bodily or mental tension. Overcoming stress can be difficult for people to deal with because of many of life’s situations. There are a lot of ways to deal with stress. Some people choose to deal with it in a positive manner, while others may choose to negatively. There is also a lots of strategy to overcome stress, moreover my weakness was getting stress easily so i decided to mingle with friends but in positive manner. I started to talking to a friend. Dealing with stress alone is always bad. There should always be someone that you can talk to. Having a friend around is good so that you wont get lonely. Some friends are good for advice.Another way which i choose for overcome the stress is laughter. Being entertained with jokes and laughter always changes my mood. I like to be around with funny people that make me laugh. I have been noticed most of the time that, i could be having a bad day, then someone says something funny and it really lightens up my mood so i believe that this a better way to overcome my stress.
