Weaknesses are limitations that can interfere with the school 's main objective. One weakness the school has is maintaining its students, but sometimes it is outside of their control. Several students that have stopped participating have claimed they do not have time or have simply become too busy. While on the other hand students lose interest and discourage themselves from continuing. This school is paid off of people 's extra money since learning taekwondo is not a necessity like food, shelter, and transportation are. So in other words this school is not an obligation, but a choice. It is not always easy to understand what each student uses to personally motivate themselves, but often times it can be negative. A weakness here is trying to understand their negative motives and reverse them. After the first day has been used up, the student decides whether to continue or not. This is where LMAC must make a great impression to continue satisfying their marketing objective. First, they can pay monthly, with this option, the student gets to participate in every class available, which includes all types of martial arts.
