Due to my understanding and support of historical theory based models I am able to use my talents in this manner to assist in increasing student learning outcomes. Consistency is another talent that I must apply in my current position. When dealing with a large number of individuals it is imperative that I maintain equitable climate in all courses. I can agree with Rath (2007) we he focuses on how those who portray this particular talent are disturbed when unfairness occurs, therefore I must model the behavior I desire to see in all my students. Belief is other talent I possess based on the results from the assessment which impacts how my students view me as an instructor. I noticed that many times students are not aware of the true reason behind the rigor of my course deliveries. It is my contention that my self-awareness about my strengths and others are necessary to be an effective leader. In respect to be a leader, in the future I will apply those specific talents in my classroom with my students, as I collaborate with my colleagues in my department and as a committee member for the university.
