Every organization has its strengths and weaknesses. As organization grows, weakness and strengths are identified and analyzed. Acknowledging these two factors may promote success within and outside the company. But an organization may collapse if the recognition of these reasons are not present. This paper will discuss methodology used to assess communication effectiveness. The 421st GUMBA at Tinker Air Force Base is a supply sustainment organization that focuses on forecasting and purchasing parts to support the warfighters. This organization consist of the requirement equipment specialists, logistic managers, item managers, and purchase manager specialist. The 421st established an environment where people enjoy going to work every day. When problem arise or mistakes are made, members learn from the encounter and prevent it from happening again in the future. Turning problems into opportunities provide knowledge to the team and create a learning atmosphere. By identifying these strengths, organization change the way people feel about work which develop. But with strengths, weaknesses must also be determined in order to improve fulfilment in a workplace. Technology in a workplace improves efficiency to include cost and time to an organization (Scott, 2016). Eventually, one of the weakness at Tinker Air Force Base is technology. The 421st GUMBA and other supply management organization uses old technology to forecast future requirement. The system used a D200 secondary item requirement system adopted in the 1990s. Employee who does not meet minimal standard must be disciplined and such action are conditional but will be documented. If employee working standard does not improve, employee must be counselled then recommended for termination in accordance with company policy if counselling does not improve work standard. This process may set a company standard and assist employee in accomplishing set task. This may improve the company morale and productivity as each person role are effective when everybody works as a team to support the mission. The strengths and weaknesses are very important to company once identified. As soon as those factors are acknowledged, an organizations may better themselves by improving the weaknesses. The strengths may also be observed if the corporation believe it is beneficial to the success of their future. As companies look deeper into their own establishment, they may witness unwanted matters. But when the weaknesses are recognized and improved, the outcome would be the company
