When it comes to the strength perspective, social workers will not only recognize what capacities a client has, but he/she will also be able to acknowledge the endowments, resources, and skills a client possesses. The strength perspective is related to a social work practice in the sense that when it comes to play, a social worker is able to teach and learn from what is being held during a practice. A social worker is able to recognize the proficiency of the contributors which allows them to learn rather than just being an expert. Aside from acknowledging the potentials a client holds, the practice is also based upon the belief that the clients approach for help of various aptitudes and resources may be detailed so they can improve their situation.
