We have countries like the United States, who seems rich economically, who is called " the land of opportunities" while there are countries like Haiti, that people calls " the poorest country of the western atmosphere". Furthermore, we have stratification without different societies around the world.Not all countries are the same, there are levels and categories to society globally. She realized that she could not even while she was working full time. She mentioned how she was still $100 dollars behind in her trailer rent, and that's not because she couldn't work or find a job but because those jobs could not meet her needs. A lot of people are in the same boat as what she experiences during her experiment, and the upper and middle class don't often see the struggle that the lower class have to deal with in order to get by daily. In an equal world, those waitress, house keeper, cashier who serves others daily would be able to be as well off as those they served but instead they can barely make by while the same places they work at, is own by someone or a group of people who has way so much, their children and grandchildren will be well
