1. Nurtition
• One of the strategies that I use when it comes to nutrition is I avoid eating at fast food restaurants. The reason why I avoid eating at fast food restaurants is because it can lead to heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension. To avoid getting these problems, I cook at home by using organic food.
• I also like creating a diet plan for myself. Having a diet plan can keep us in a healthy track. The reason why I like diet plans is because I know exactly what I’m eating and can calculate the amount of calories that I’m putting in my body. It is a good way to avoid eating so much and also too little amounts of food.
• I love eating organic fruits and vegetables. It tastes better and gives us a lot of energy. I like to plant my own

The reason for that is because keeping track of how much I eat and the amount of calories I burn throughout the day can keep me in good shape. If I consume too much calories per day, I won’t see much benefit of exercising.
4. Cognitive Coping
• It can be very difficult to cognitively cope with personal problems. My strategy to cope with my personal problem is I like to try to solve my problems step-by-step. The reason why I try to solve it step-by-step is because it gives me confidence and I am able to approach the problem effectively.
• I usually take deep breaths while dealing with cognitive coping. This approach usually clears my mind and helps me deal with stress.
• Another strategy that I use for cognitive coping is I try to forget about everything that is going on and think about one of my happiest memories. The reason why I do this is because sometimes I am facing big problems and I just don’t have the strength to deal with it. I just try to forget about it for that particular time frame, until I gain the strength to deal with my problems.
5. Emotional

Problem Focus Coping
• In order to deal with problem focused coping is to work harder on what you want to achieve. It can be difficult, but in order to overcome the stress is to work harder and be an open-minded person. Doing this can make things easier and help deal with the problems faster.
• Another way to deal with problem focus coping is to be a positive person. I always try to be positive around others and avoid judging them. The reason why being positive can be helpful is because we don’t always know what to expect from others around us. The best approach is to be respectful, positive and non-judgmental in order to cope with the problems.
• In order to deal with problem focus coping is to understand the actual problem. Sometimes we over think the problem and create a bigger deal out of it than it already is. The reason why I say this is because we overestimate a lot of things and this leads to a lot of stress and misunderstanding. In order to deal with a problem is to actually understand it and find an answer. Being able to understand it can make us overcome all the stress, anxiety, and other
