Abstract
Lenovo is a Chines multinational computer. It leads Chinese electronic industry market because it has successful competitive strategy and excellent management. As a one of global the Fortune Top 500 enterprises, and became the world’s largest personal computer manufacturer in 2013. (1) The Lenovo is worth research.

Why did I select the Lenovo?
Because of the Lenovo is a global multinational computer technology company and it is a one of global the Fortune Top 500 enterprises. I think that the Lenovo Technology Company must have different with other company. Such as strategy, management, technology and entrepreneurship. The Lenovo not only produces personal computer, but also produces cellphone, player and many electronics. It is still leading Chinese electronics market. So I selected the Lenovo because it is worth research.

Challenges
The Lenovo is the biggest PC Company in China, even became the world’s largest personal computer manufacturer in 2013. But this company still need receives and faces challenges. Then where challenges are from. I should discuss about this question.
Diversity Challenge
First, Product multiplicity
Nowadays, the Internet development is quick. More kinds of electronics into the global market. Such as Pad and Smart Phone. As a result of these products’ appearance, many PC companies need make change. The Lenovo also is this, so it began to produce Smart Phone and pad.
Second, Technology
Because of the technology’s change, the Lenovo need to purchase other company’s product to produce Pad and Smartphone. For example, Google’s Android and Microsoft’s Windows 8. There are these
