3.Find the right candidate for Director of Operation

Issue: Can Go assigned the implementation plan for online gaming to an employee that does not have the proper training maturity or experience for such task. The lack of interest and organization from the employee can endanger the success of such project. According to the memorandums send by management to the employee, shows lack of experience and knowledge managing such responsibility.
Recommendation: The title of Director of Operation is a big responsibility that should be handled by someone with the right education and experience. According to our team observations, we identify two candidates that are right for the role, Jack and Debbie. Both employees have demonstrated great knowledge

CanGo has no formal plan for the company. Issue: According to our findings CanGo has not set plans or goals for the company. The company approach to the market has been unsystematic which has been working so far but without proper planning all success can be jeopardize. The market change constantly and without the proper research and planning the company may lose their position in the market.

Recommendation: Our team recommendation to the CanGo is to develop a strategic management plan. Strategic management plan is critical to organizational developments as it aligns the mission and vision with operations (Boundless, 2015). The strategic management plan should represent the short and long terms goals of the com pany and is recommended for development and expansions in a company. The company needs to identify what are the services they provide, how do they want to provide it and how they can excel at it. Following does questions will help the company formulate, implement and evaluate the plans to achieve the company’s goal.

When introducing a new project for staff members to work on, the Can Go management team should present the projects in a meeting with all of or the majority of the staff members of the organization. By having all of the team members present for the introduction of the project, the whole team would know of the project and understand the circumstances regarding the project. In the event that one team member is terminated during the course of the project, another team member can take over the responsibility of the role and project.
