Helping Hands has three defined strategic objectives that are to be achieved over the duration of fifteen years which include increase customer retention by dominating key competition on quality and service performance improvement, increase revenue, and expand market share position.

To be successful in accurately increasing the market share of Helping Hands, episodes of care8 will be the best measurable attribute in determining the size of the agency9. Obtaining greater market share is imperative to improved profitability10 which will enable Helping Hands to continue to provide exceptional five star home care. Responsibility of attaining this objective will be delegated to its financial advisors, who will examine the top three competitors quarterly, and calculate and compare total revenues and total market sales in comparison to the entire industry11 to determine the best approaches in increasing Helping Hands’ market share. By successfully achieving this objective, Helping Hands aims to maximize long-term returns by 10% within ten years, all while better serving the community in which it operates.
