WhatsApp is solely focused on messaging directly and on group chats. After updating WhatsApp users still have the same user interface. There are no games on WhatsApp. So some users do prefer to play games online while chatting, so that when they have to wait for a response from the other user they have something to do. The other gap in WhatsApp is lack of security. Sophisticated hackers are able to hack other users’ accounts. WhatsApp does not have a quick way to cancel the account in case of stolen phone. The users have to wait until their providers terminates their mobile numbers. Other concerns is that WhatsApp sell users phone numbers to third parties who use those numbers to send advertisement
