Course Reflection
This course has provided helpful information on how to combat irrational thinking. Some of the irrationalities that we covered in this class pertain to preparing for a potential career. Procrastination is the most pertinent irrationality. There are so many things that need to be done before graduation to be well prepared for a job. These include electives, study-abroad, internships, and co-curricular activities. The completion of these are crucial, and putting them off would not be beneficial. You have to actively be completing these tasks throughout undergraduate education, and they cannot be procrastinated or else you will not be prepared for a job upon graduation. I will use the techniques discussed in class to avoid procrastinating.
