In the story of the “The story of an hour” there are many types of Irony and that can be found throughout the story. some types of irony are dramatic and situational Irony and an example of dramatic irony is when you know that the wife is not sad but happy and the sister is trying to talk to her through the door thinking that she is sad but we as an audience know that she is wrong and that can be dramatic irony because we know the truth but the sister doesn’t.
