“Marines get groundbreaking, unstoppable new rifle magazine” reporter Allison Barrie enlightens us on the new magazines that the Marines are using. To begin we will go over what the name is, PMAG GEN 3. Also you need to know what a stoppage is a stoppage is when something/someone has to stop shooting and reload or put another magazine in the gun. Stoppages are what can end up getting a soldier killed in combat. Allison mentions “Because every time a stoppage happens with a weapon, it means a lost opportunity to neutralize an enemy combatant.
