Stop trying to rush time! You’ve always had trouble with this. You have always wanted to just skip the part of being a teenager to just jumping to be an adult, but that’s not how life works. In some of this your parents have a lot to do with, because they have taught you to always act mature. But the one thing they never taught you is how to be a teenager, make mistakes and just enjoy life as much as you can. So stop trying to be something that it’s just not the time for you to be. You’ve been through a lot. At the age of 11 you lost your dad, and it’s hard to let go of such a painful thing. But you have to let all those feelings out. If you don’t it will become a problem later on in your life and it will be harder to let go. Every year you will have a moment where you will ask yourself a million questions that just can’t be fully answered anymore. You will feel guilty and regret not calling him every day to just simply ask him how his been or to just remind him of how much you love him and wish you could see him.
