Many people around the world suffer from migraine headaches. This is one of the most common reasons why people miss a day at work. The number of people suffering from migraines and missing work because of this pain may be drastically reduced if this remedy is widely known. Nobody wants to experience this terrible pain. The symptoms of this headache are pounding and head-throbbing that may last from 4 hours to 3 days. The signs that appear before the migraine may even extend the time of the migraine. These signs are:
• Sensitivity to smell, noise and light
• Nausea
• Dizziness
• Vomiting
• Tingling
• Numbness Many things can cause a migraine including deficiencies, stress, allergies
