Biting nails is a really bad habit for all of us, because it looks unprofessional and unhealthy. This habit is started since you were a child. And it needs some times to stop this habit. In order to stop biting nails, you should polish your nails, do something to distract yourself, and get manicure often.
When you get used to this habit, it won’t be easy to stop it. Polish nails is one of example which help me to stop biting my nails when I was young. Because when you see your nails pretty, you wouldn’t to see your nails art be ruined by just bite those nails off. Also, nail polishes smell so bad and taste so weird, that will take a big part for helping in this situation.
At the same time, another thing to help for that is getting yourself
