Imagine this, you were kidnapped by a random stranger you didn’t know. They took you away from your family, and you saw them killed by other strangers in the far distance. After you were taken into a home tied up inside a cage, you barely get enough water and food to live, and you get beaten almost to death every day. This is the daily life of many animals in this world and we must stop this cruelty. A man’s best friend shouldn’t be beaten up every day, kicked around all the time, and be starving. Animals provide us warmth, safety, love, and happiness. Therefore, we need to stop animal cruelty. Without them, the world will become a sorrowful place. In 2012, it was recorded that more than 20 percent of animals were being abandoned in the streets, and they were left alone to die. More than 10 percent of animals were used for hoarding and around 11 percent were shot. Some innocent animals are even being burned alive some specific reasons, like they don’t function properly, or they are injured. However, some animals are burned and killed just for fun. We should stand up and fight against animal cruelty. However, some people do know that it is dangerous to do animal cruelty and do it for fun. The second way to prevent animal cruelty is to teach children, family, and friends that animal cruelty is a wrong thing to do. If you start telling people around you that it is a bad idea to treat animals cruelty, then there is a high chance of them not being involved in animal cruelty and will spread the importance of protecting animals to other people that they know of.
