I just wanted to follow up with you in regards to the funding opportunity recently released by Sustainability Victoria.

Funding of up to $30,000 is available to improve commercial building performance in line with the NABERS Energy rating scale. I can see from your NABERS rating that Stockland The Pines could really benefit from this. Your energy rating of 2 stars is not good, as well as your water rating of 3 stars. This could definitely be improved. The grant would be an excellent opportunity for your shopping centre to take advantage of and assist you in saving capital.

Previously, this project was recommended by Allan Tran, but since he has changed positions no go ahead has been given. It would be good for Stockland to get
